CURRENT PRAISES ~

"If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it wil be done for you" (John 15:7).
- Praise God for His mercies, for they are new each and every day.
- Praise God for FanFan, for Gretchen, for Guilamne and all the staff at Grace Village- for their hearts for the LORD and their unconditional love for the children at Grace Village.
- Praise God for HIs love, His healing power, and for His Word that is transforming lives in Haiti and on our mission field in America.
- Praise God for the Sweetheart Ball, for the celebration of Alyn, for our loved ones, for the God filled time of unity and for the generosity of so many. All Glory to God!
- Praise God for His continued hand of protection and his transformation of our teams and staff in Haiti.
- Praise God for all the volunteers and staff who give their prayers, their talents, their finances and their time to His people in Haiti.
- Praise God for all the faithful prayer warriors, who passionately and persistently lift Healing Haiti up.
- Praise God for the many opportunities and connections He sovereignly puts before us.
CURRENT PRAYER REQUESTS ~
As of Feb 20, 2012
- For Gretchen, for Fan Fan and all the staff, that they will be empowered with His inner wisdom, knowledge and unconditional love for our children at Grace Village.
- For conitnued health of all the children and staff at Grace Village.
- For Godly teachers for our school at Grace Village.
- For all the schools and orphanages that Healing Haiti serves, may His light shine brightly and His name be proclaimed.
- For Fan Fan, guidance and direction with his schooling and transportation needs would be met, that FanFan will be filled with stamina, energy and the joy of the LORD. Pray for guidance and clear focus for FanFan
- For all leaders, board members and volunteers, that they would listen and be guided by the Holy Spirit in all their decisions and that God would be glorified through their actions. Let us all remember: Its not about us.....
- For the elderly fund raiser on April 21, that God will be glorified, a deeper awareness of the needs of the elderly, and that God will bless this event with a generous amount of money and awareness for the elderly.
- For the building of phase two and phase three of Grace Village, that God's blessing will be upon it and Grace Village will be an outpouring of God's love and His compassion will lead us to be His hands and feet to the surrounding community.
- For all our children and elders to be sponsered.
- For Jen's mission team who just left this morning for Haiti, for His protection, His joy and His compassion to encompass each team member. May God have His way with each of them.
- For direction in curriculum for the schools, that the best curriculum would be chosen and may the children embrace it and learn to grow deeper in love with Jesus.
- For Healing Haiti, that it will continue to grow and shine God's light throughout the nations.
- For wisdom, unity and protection over the board members as they make decisions for our mission, that in all they do, they will bring glory and praise to God and His will - will be done through Healing Haiti.
- For the Restavek initiative. We are looking for doors to open in a BIG way, in God's timing. We trust God will show us a way to free His slaves (very reminiscent of the enslaved Israelites). We know God still is in the business of freeing His children. We just do not know how yet. We pray He will make this clear and that His plans are in place for the proper love and care for these children. We pray for the right people to step in with the right skills to serve these children. We can't wait to see how God will work.
