CURRENT PRAISES ~
As of May 1, 2013
"Rejoice in the LORD always, again I say rejoice" (Phil 4:4)
- Praise God for Jeff and Alyn, for their vision to start Healing Haiti and for Jeff's continual obedience and passion for his family here and in Haiti.
- Praise God for His love that compels each of us to be His hands and feet!
- Praise God for the many dedicated team leaders, who love to serve their team members, their Haitian brothers and sisters and our Haitian staff!
- Praise God for the new secuity measures being put it place and for His constant protection on our staff, our Haitian family and our mission goers!
- Praise God for the blessings of His faithfulness, His love and His grace and His protection on our Haitian family, our missionaires, and our volunteers!
- Praise God for how He teaches us and how He allows even difficult situations to be for His glory!
- Praise God for watching over his childrenat GV and our beauitful elderly, for providing His peace and His love to reign!
- Praise God for many new sponsors for our children, elderly and our Haitian community!
- Praise God for His house, Grace Church, for the many who are finding Christ and for the many who are developing a deeper relationship with our Savior!
- Praise God for our our school; Institution Vision Moderne! Praise God for the 305 children being educated every day.
- Praise God for the steadfast commiitment of HH board members, the advocates, and the many volunteers!
- Praise God for all the faithful prayer warriors, who passionately and persistently lift Healing Haiti up.
CURRENT PRAYER REQUESTS ~
"May God break my heart so completely that the whole world falls in" (Mother Teresa)
As of May 1, 2013
- For our hearts to be broken with the things that break the heart of God.
- For our GV children, that wisdom, love and guidance will be with them and the staff as they continue to experience many transitions.
- For unity and love to prevail as we serve at all our ministries. May we have an unwavering servant's heart, servants hands, and servants feet.
- For all our missionaries at GV, that they will be filled with confidence, hope and courage to spread God's Word and to break through any barriers of resistance that they are confronted with.
- For the new long term missionaries coming this summer, that they will allow God to prepare them and that wisdom and grace will invade them as they seek to accomplish many tasks before leaving for the mission field.
- For Grace Academy, that peace, respect and a godly environment will prevail.
- For widsom as we move forward to build Grace Church, that all we do and the decisions we make will completely honor God and His Haitian family.
- For the new journals being used by the mission goers, that this would be a powerful tool for the people to hear Jesus and that it would compel them to learn all that He desries to teach them.
- For our 6th grade students, that they will pass their national exam in June
- For the village children who attend our school, that God fills them with wisdom, respect, love and understand; may these students transform thier community!
- For continued protection, and growth in Healing Haiti, may God get ALL the glory!
- For formation of the teams for our VBS and Sports Camps this summer, may God bless these camps, for God's joy, laughter and learning be abundant
- For God 's provision for our new clinic in GV, for wisdom to all that are making decisions.
- For the literacy program being developed for our elderly, that through this program, each elder would learn to love God, themselves and others more deeply, for God's blessings to pour down on our elderly.
- For Pastor Gary, Pastor Wesley, all volunteers at Grace Church, that they will be filled with Christ's love and compassion, that Grace Church will be drawing in the lost souls, and will be equipping believers for their journey on earth.
- For all leaders, board members and volunteers, that they would know and follow God's will, that they will experience His wisdom, joy and desire Him over anything else! We pray unity and God's protection over Healing Haiti.
